The Park of Castelfusano extends for one thousand hectares and is characterized by a typical Mediterranean coastal environment. Areas of pinewoods alternate with holm oak foliage, making a real holm oak thicket where, most of the old pines have fallen allowing the oaks to dominate the wood, the mediterranean bushes areas and zones of hydric wood and vegetation. |
